Another Quorn curry that the family loved
After being on holiday for almost five weeks, I’ve had to reduce my intake a bit. The problem with going back to America to visit family is that I’m a bit greedy. I cooked a lot for family and friends and unfortunately ate a bit more than I should have too.
This Quorn balti is the perfect meal for those who want to eat well and cut back on the calories too. The dish was my second go at using Quorn instead of meat in my dishes and I’m happy to say it was a great success.
Of course you could use the same recipe with chicken or any feathered game with tasty results but I do hope you try this low fat Quorn version.
