If you’ve been following my blog for the past couple of weeks, you’ll know that my wife and I enjoyed one of the most amazing meals at Scarfes Bar in the Rosewood Hotel London recently. The food was magnificent and so were the drinks!
True to his promise, Scarfes Bar’s manager Giovanni Spezziga has shared one of his famous cocktail recipes with us. His Thyme Out Cocktail was the first of his signature cocktails I tried when we visited. What a fantastic combo! Here is a link to my review of The Rosewood Hotel London and Scarfes Bar.
I’ll be making this one for friends at the weekend. Served ice cold, I could drink these all day. But then, I wouldn’t get any work done.
- 50ml Bombay Gin
- 15ml Chartreuse Yellow
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 10ml orange bitters
- A branch of fresh thyme
- Place all of the ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake hard.
