Fish Curry Recipes
This is one of my favourite sections of my web site as I just love experimenting with spices and fresh fish so I have put together some of my favourite fish curry recipes.
I am lucky enough to live within a few miles of a great fishmonger from whom with a few days’ notice I can order most fish.
There are supermarkets with average fish counters if you are in a hurry and have not remembered to order what you need from your fishmonger if you are lucky enough to have one.
The problem with supermarket fish is that it is rarely prepared correctly and I end up having to scale the fish at home as the supermarkets rarely have the skills as your trained fishmonger.
Anyway, that is enough ranting, I think you’ve got the message that a local fishmonger is worth their weight in gold!
Remember that you can substitute so for example if the recipe calls for a meaty fish like halibut, cod would work too.
