The Curry Guy Veggie

The Curry Guy Veggie moved away from curry house style food and focusses on some of the best Indian vegetarian food out there. To write the book, I spent two months travelling around India and came back with so many recipes I could have written three veggie books! These are my favourite 100 veggie recipes in this book. The book was written with meat eaters in mind. Believe me… you will not miss the meat!

The Curry Guy Thai

Ond of the first cuisines I learned to cook was Thai food. I am originally from California where there is a large Thai population. I was inspired from a very young age to learn how to prepare all the Thai favourites. This book not only features recipes I have been making for many years but also recipes I learned in my travels through Thailand. The recipes were chosen carefully, drawing on Thai menus from around the world to ensure all of the Thai cuisine favourites were featured.
