Top tips:
Use straight cut chips: Using straight cut chips in the recipe will allow for even cooking of both the chips and the vegetables. For instance, If you choose to use fries or thick cut wedges, the vegetables could potentially be undercooked or over cooked. If you choose to use another style of chip, it may be worth adding the vegetables before or after adding the chips.
All air fryers are different: This recipe requires you to cook the chips for 15 minutes, shaking half way. However, your air fryer might need a little longer time to ensure even crispiness. Do not add the garlic and chili until the chips are cooked and crispy.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheating the air fryer for a few minutes before adding the chips can help them cook more evenly and get crispier.
