The recipes in ‘The Curry Guy Light’ are not just for dieters!
One of the biggest misconceptions of ‘The Curry Guy Light’ cookbook is that it is a diet book. So many of the recipes in the book are naturally light where others were written to use less oil, butter or coconut milk. That should not stop you from making the recipes in the book exactly as you want them.
Make these recipes your own…
You are going to find some of my favourite recipes in ‘The Curry Guy Light’. Some are quite famous and all are definitely worth a try. Please take these recipes as guides though.

The Curry Guy Light features over 100 light recipes that can be made light or to your own preferences.
