Perhaps a bit spicier than other turkey soups but this one is one of my favourites. Really easy to prepare and, in my opinion a lot better than more traditional turkey soups out there! This curry is mildly spiced and tastes amazing. It can be made in under 30 minutes too! Jalfrezi curries are quick and easy stir fries. To make them, you need precooked meat so why not use that leftover turkey. It works a treat here! I'm a big fan of Jamaican rice with peas. This one using leftover turkey is so good! Malaysian Devil curry is hugely popular with the Christian community of Malaysia. It is traditionally prepared at Christmas using leftovers. In this recipe I used chicken but leftover turkey works here too. You can even throw in any leftover sausages or roast potatoes you might have. Have some leftover turkey?
