This is my delicious raspberry smoothie recipe. I find it works really well with the addition of a few pears and the flavors work very well together.
This raspberry smoothie is actually made with yoghurt and ice and there is no milk in it. This strictly speaking means that it is a fruit lassi commonly drank at breakfast time all over Indian and also often served as a dessert.
Make it as sweet as you like, I don’t particularly have a sweet tooth so I don’t mind it to have a little bit of sourness but feel free to add some honey or a little bit of sugar to this raspberry smoothie if you have a sweeter tooth.
I used a Vitamix A3500i to blend all of my raspberry smoothie ingredients together. I find this blender works exceptionally well as it ensures the fruit smoothie is really smooth but any blender you have to hand will work.
Make the recipe your own
I used pears to add flavor to my raspberry smoothie but I think a few apples would work just as week. Sprinkle some cinnamon on the top if you have any available as this is always a nice touch. I often add cinnamon to my fruit lassis.
