If you like Thai food, be sure to click on my new collection of Thai recipes at the bottom of this page.
This can be found on the right on desktop computers and at the bottom of the page on mobiles.
I have accumulated over 1500 tried and tested curry, tandoori and other recipes for you to try since starting my blog in 2010.
They are all just one one to two clicks away!
This index and the blog are a work in progress.
Back in the old days, my camera was pretty bad so there are a few recipes that I wish looked a bit better on the page. They were good enough to share so there’s no way I’m going to delete them.
Instead, I’m going back and recooking them all! So this new page directing you to all of my recipes is new.
Be sure to like my Facebook page as I will be sharing old and new recipes there as I develop new recipes and remake old.
Click on the fish to try some of my new Thai recipes!
The Curry Guy recipes page is a work in progress. Over the coming weeks I will be updating it with lots more recipe options. So please subscribe to my blog or like my Facebook page!
I also take request! If you are not finding the recipe you want, please leave a comment and I will schedule it in to make.
I hope you find everything your are looking for but if you don’t, please let me know in the comments or on Facebook or Twitter. I’m @TheCurryGuy on both.
Happy cooking!

Venturing into Thai and want to make the Tom Yum Gai Soup (page 61) of your book but stuck on which Tamarind paste to purchase. I want to use shop bought until I am more familiar with Thai cooking. Couldn't find anything suitable in shops, so trying Amazon and there is so much, some that is concentrated and some that looks like sauce that I am losing heart. Please help.

You can really use concentrate or sauce so don't worry too much. Add to taste maybe as all brands differ in strength. Obviously use less concentrate than sauce. Thanks Dan

Hello Dan, Recently bought your Curry Bible and Curry Guy Thai. Delighted with recipes I have made so far, however I have a question. I am going to make the Base Sauce and then the Pre-cooked Lamb and need to know if these are suitable for freezing. I want to do them in suitable portions for my needs but need to know if this is alright as I do not want to waste anything. Thank you.

I tried out two recipes for the family and they were so very good that I have bought your book for Indian and Thai recipes. I have one question and that is can I freeze the cashew paste, please?

Thanks very much for buying my books. I have never tried to freeze the cashew paste but I see no reason why you couldn't. Dan

Hello Dan, We have a couple of your books, which have found very good indeed! We used to buy Blue dragon Yellow curry paste, to make a yellow beef thai curry, which was really tasty, unfortunately they have discontinued this due to lack of demand, we have tried several alternatives, which have been poor and tried to make from scratch with little success. Do you have a recipe for yellow curry paste? or could you recommend a good pre-made paste. Regards and Thanks Peter

I am glad you are enjoying my books. Always better to make your own pastes so here's my recipe:
